Sunday, April 8th. Cap10K is Texas’ largest 10K and fifth largest 10K in the nation with more than 20,000 local, national and international runners, joggers and walkers expected to participate.  This year, the race will benefit Austin Parks Foundation. For more information visit, www.cap10k.com. The late Paul Lundgren and Pastor Karl Gronberg, began this liturgy of scripture, prayer, blessing prior to the walk/run over thirty years ago. People of all faith communities are invited. The service is held in a parking lot at Riverside & Congress. Gethsemane members Art LaValle and Pat Smith have participated in all of the CAP 10K   runs.
